Welcome to Outdoor Fabric Central. By accessing, using or purchasing on our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users, including those purchasing any Sunbrella fabric or product such as Sunbrella furniture fabric, Sunbrella marine vinyl, Sunbrella upholstery fabrics, Sunbrella shade fabrics, and other products listed on the site. Please read carefully.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use Outdoor Fabric Central’s website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our site to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or disrupts the functionality of the site. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the website at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This agreement shall, to the extent permitted by law, be filed in Pinellas County, Florida.

2. Product Information

Outdoor Fabric Central specializes in Sunbrella fabrics and goods for any kinds of project that would require or prefer Sunbrella features and quality, including replacement cushions, outdoor curtains, marine tops, , upholstery, and shade solutions. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. For details on color variations, fabric suitability, dye lots, and ordering samples, please order a free sample to ensure the fabric meets your needs before placing a larger order.

3. Orders & Payment

Fabric:

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Outdoor Fabric Central. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be added at checkout.
  • Payment: We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods as indicated at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you provide is accurate.
  • Yardage: Fabrics are sold by the yard. Larger orders may be shipped in multiple pieces depending on stock availability and mill runs..

Custom Products:

  • Lead time is based upon dimensions less than 80 inches and orders of up to 6 cushions.
  • Cushions with dimensions over 80 inches or with more than 6 cushions will take up to 1 week longer than standard cushions.
  • Sunbrella Rain cushion lead time will take up to 1 week longer than standard cushions.
  • Templated cushion lead time will take 4 weeks longer than standard cushions.
  • Larger volume orders will be addressed individually based on the volume.
  • On COM and templated orders, lead times do not start until we receive them.
  • Lead time can be affected if the fabric is on backorder.
  • All custom fabrication, sewing or repair service ordering is made via our custom outdoor cushion builder, online quote form or email communications.

Templates and Patterns:

  • Any irregular shaped products / projects will require one or more of the following: pictures, template, an existing product to be used as a pattern, drawings or sketch depending on the complexity of the project.
  • Templates and patterns must be clean of all debris, dirt, mold, and mildew. If patterns are received dirty, a cleaning fee per pattern or template will be changed for us to clean the templates.
  • A template is made by the customer; whereas a pattern is an existing product/project piece that can be used in the making of your new products/projects.
  • All templates or patterns will become the property of Outdoor Fabric Central and will not be returned.
  • There will be additional charges for a template or pattern used for the design and production of your product / project

4. Our Obligations

  • All our cushions and pillows come with white or black zippers and thread. We match the zipper and thread color and base the decision on your fabric’s color and style.
  • To fabricate or sew a finished product or repair to the specifications set forth by the customer in accordance with the information provided in our quote form and/or via communications with the customer.
  • To fabricate, sew or repair a product which uses the fabric(s) specified by the customer.
  • To fabricate, sew or repair the product in the style and/or manner specified by the customer.
  • To fabricate, sew or repair the product in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Tolerances: (We always measure twice and cut once.)

We make all efforts to complete your projects to your specifications. There are some instances with material shrinkage and/or stretch during the fabricating, sewing and/or repair process that are out of our control.

  • Cushions and Pillows dimensions will be within 3/8 inch of the dimensions specified by the customer.
  • All our Cushions and Pillows come with white or black zippers and thread. We match the zipper and thread color and base the decision on your fabrics color and style.
  • Panels, Tarps and Awnings will be within 1/4 inch of the dimensions specified by the customer.
  • Drapes and Curtains will be within 1/2 inch of the dimensions specified by the customer.
  • All other product types will be within 1 inch to 1/2 inch of the dimensions specified by the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Outdoor Fabric Central is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt and reporting any issues within 48 hours.
  • International Orders: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Policy: Outdoor Fabric Central accepts returns of unused, uncut fabrics within 30 days of delivery, provided the fabric is in its original condition. Custom-cut fabrics, samples, and supplies are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, less any shipping costs. We do not refund shipping fees for returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Fabrics that have been cut, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Outdoor Fabric Central website, including product images, descriptions, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Outdoor Fabric Central or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission. Trademarks such as Sunbrella®, Lift-The-DOT®, and others mentioned on our site are the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

Outdoor Fabric Central is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not responsible for the suitability of fabrics for your specific project.

9. Warranty

Products sold by Outdoor Fabric Central may come with manufacturer warranties (e.g., 5-year or 10-year limited warranties on certain marine and shade fabrics). Warranty details are provided in product descriptions. Outdoor Fabric Central does not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer. For warranty claims, contact our customer service team.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., California], United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [Insert County, e.g., Los Angeles County], California.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
