Description

Our Moorea curtain rods are 1.25 inches in diameter and beautifully designed for both outdoor and indoor living spaces. The aluminum, powder coat finish is durable and ideal outdoor curtain installations. Each rod comes with everything you need for basic installation. Brackets are 1.5" w x 3.5" l and made of nylon. Rod end caps snap in to finish off each rod and are made of poly. NOTE: rod end caps add approximately ½ inch to the length of the rod. If you need to connect 2 rods together, remember to order our rod splice for each connection. Download our installation guide for easy reference.

Does Moorea Curtain Hardware include brackets and end caps, or do you buy those separately?

All Moorea outdoor curtain hardware comes with what you need for a basic installation, so you don’t have to track down extra parts. Each rod includes nylon mounting brackets and snap-in poly end caps to finish the rod ends. If needed, brackets and rod splices can be purchased individually. For the best outdoor result, mount into solid posts or framing and keep the hardware level so curtain panels slide smoothly.

Do powder-coated outdoor curtain rods hold up well outside?

Powder-coated outdoor curtain rods are made for exterior conditions, helping the rod keep a clean look and smooth operation through regular sun and moisture exposure. Moorea outdoor curtain rods use an aluminum rod with a durable powder-coated finish, which is a practical combination for outdoor curtain installations.

Should you choose a standard-size outdoor curtain rod or a custom curtain rod?

A standard-size outdoor curtain rod is a good fit when your opening matches common patio spans, and you want a simple, ready-to-go option. A custom-cut rod makes more sense when your space is extra wide, slightly uneven, or you want cleaner coverage without awkward gaps.

What is the longest curtain rod span you make?

We are able to fabricate lengths up to 108" as part of our outdoor curtain rod program. Contact our Customer Service Team for longer lengths, as it requires additional brackets for proper installation.

How does my curtain rod ship?

Smaller lengths typically ship via UPS, but longer lengths require LTL freight delivery. Contact our Customer Service Team for shipping details that are determined by your order type and location.
