We offer Sunbrella samples as a service for our valued customers to be sure that when you order, you will know exactly what fabric you will be receiving.

To receive your Sunbrella samples, please order by using the order sample buttons on the product pages

  • Sample swatches are 50 cents each with free USPS Regular Mail shipping.
  • Solid fabric sample cuts are approximately 2 inches x 2 inches.
  • Striped or patterns sample cuts we will attempt to include the entire repeat/pattern ( sometimes the entire repeat is not available )
  • Your samples will arrive in 7-10 business days. Please be patient, it is well worth the wait.
  • We cannot send samples of embellishments, finishing supplies or hardware
  • If a sample cut is not available you will receive store credit. ** Refunds are not given for samples

You will receive a conformation e-mail letting you know your Sunbrella sample memo request has been received by eCentral's customer service and will be processed.

Keep in mind Sunbrella fabric is a commodity and is subject to limited availability, some samples may not be available or may be back-ordered. You will be notified by email with an estimated delivery time for Back-Ordered sample cuts or availability.

NOTE: Please ONLY input Product Codes found on this site.

**Free shipping of your samples is only available in the Lower 48 States of the United States of America, if you are requesting samples to any other address there will be shipping and handling fee. You will be informed of the cost once one of our customer service reps has reviewed your sample request.

PLEASE CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 1.866.516.0934 (Toll Free) DURING OUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE.

  • A credit less 25% restocking charge will be issued for unopened, uncut merchandise authorized for return within 10 days of your receipt of shipment.
  • Refunds will be completed, in 10-15 Business days.
  • Merchandise must be returned in "sellable" condition in order to receive credit, which means un-opened and undamaged.
  • Only unused merchandise will qualify for credit, cut yardage or open merchandise will not be accepted.
  • All fabric must be rolled, not folded.
  • Freight charges are not refundable.
  • Product returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
  • You as the customer are responsible for all shipping fees on returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete ship to address.

Domestic orders are shipped by UPS within 24 to 48 hours from order placement. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or military APO or FPO addresses so if you require shipment to a PO Box or military APO or FPO address contact us. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends unless special arrangements are made and additional charges are applied. Every possible effort is made to ship orders in a timely and professional manner.

  • Re-routing or change of address requests that occur once an item has shipped will incur a $15.00 fee.
  • Shipments which are undeliverable will be charged the actual shipping rate upon reshipment.
  • For overnight, 2-day, or other shipping methods, please call or e-mail us for exact shipping dates.
  • For destinations in Alaska and Hawaii, you pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package.
  • Most packages to these destinations are shipped via the US Postal Service.
  • Sample orders are shipped via the US Postal Service regular mail. Please note, PO Box address are okay to use for sample orders.
